Keep A Child Alive- Alicia Keys

www.keepachildalive.org

Co-founded in 2003 by Alicia Keys as an emergency response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, KCA has since established itself as a global leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS by providing children, young people and their families with comprehensive treatment, care and support to not only survive but thrive for a lifetime.

Today, we are broader in our outlook and more focused on our mission than ever before. To improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable children, young people, adults and families around the world, with a focus on combating the physical, social and economic impacts of HIV/AIDs.

We continue to work on the front lines in the fight against HIV/AIDS, providing life-saving treatment, care and support for children, young people and their families.

We also tackle the social and economic factors that fuel this epidemic such as poverty, lack of education, stigma, discrimination and isolation through comprehensive healthcare services, skills-building and livelihood opportunities and intervention for victims of sexual exploitation and abuse.
